About Mark
A calm space to talk things through
I’m Mark Craig, a BACP member counsellor near Sevenoaks. I support adults through anxiety, loss, life transitions, carer stress and the quieter pressure of everyday life — in person in Kent, or online if that suits you better.
The first step is a free 15-minute phone call. There’s no obligation to go ahead — just a chance to see whether talking together feels right.

A little more about me
Supporting people has been a consistent thread throughout my working life. I’ve worked in social care and carer support and run several businesses, all focused on supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our society. Those experiences have shaped the patience, care and respect I bring to my counselling work.
I’ve trained in both psychodynamic and person-centred counselling, drawing on both to offer a blended approach. This allows us to explore how earlier experiences may shape how you feel today, while keeping your perspective, your pace and the relationship we build at the heart of our work together.
